Okay, I love that my little boy is so into his baby doll. I love that he named it (sounds something like “Rick” or “Mick,” is it “Nick?” It is never any name that I guess but it is always the same word… interesting). I love that he sleeps with it every night and feeds it apple slices and nurses just like I do with his sister.

All of these things are wonderful, unless the baby is M.I.A. The horror! The horror! This is the first time Nick has had a comfort object so now I know what it is like if it goes missing, and it is not pretty. Am I the only parent out there that thinks their kid purposely hides their softie just to extend their bedtime?
In other news, you may have noticed that I added a widget for the “Oh! Baby Buy Products” blog. They’ve got this Great Northern Giveaway contest going on over there and I really want to win the ginormous prize package that includes five (!) pairs of BabyLegs. I want it for the BabyLegs most of all, I am so smitten with them. They remind me of the 80’s in a totally rad way. Sure I could just BUY some but like the commercial for eBay says, “It’s better when you win it.” So true.

He is so cute with the doll and sling!

Hooray challenging gender roles! You guys rock.
That is so cute! We have a baby for my boys, but they prefer to feed and tuck in their digger truck. At least they are nurturing lol
What a good little daddy. I have to admit I don’t quite “get” Baby Legs. I think they’re cute, but not really sure what the purpose is. Thanks for stopping by my blog, hope to see you back.
